If these walls could talk

Kansas City's Union station was about to reach it's 100th year anniversary. To help celebrate, we filmed reenactments of the station’s most historical events and created an augmented reality app that allows visitors to travel back in time and come face to face with history.

The app featured light navigation that encourages visitors to discover the stations history through exploration of the station. For the history buffs, visitors could learn in detail about what they just saw following the virtual reality experience.

The app even encouraged users to jump into the stories and snap photos of themselves being part of history. Like dancing with Walt Disney, or taking a selfie with President Harry S. Truman.

11 unique experiences

From recreating a mob shootout in front of the station, to casting look-a-likes for famous figures like Harry S. Truman and Ernest Hemingway we combed over every detail to bring to life the stations most iconic stories as they happened.
